So Wednesday comes. It's the 23rd of June. In other words, my fifteenth birthday.
And holy shit, am I freaking out.
It's not to say that I'm not happy about it being here, I am! Just that I'm nervous as well.

The days after that were filled with us talking every chance we got.
"So you're David, right? Who came up with that name?" Jayda asked during lunch. I had snuck over to her room, which was only about two doors down.
I honestly never thought about who came up with my name. "I...I don't know. I suppose my mother did? Mom's name was more unusual, so I guess she wanted a normal one for me as well? Father didn't give a shit either way from what I'm told. Either way, it doesn't change that my name is David."

 ♥YAO♥ Yao, the eldest brother. He's based off China from Hetalia, but is nothing like the wise, enthusiastic big brother he was named after. He's more like the trickster mentor that you should be wary of. He can be more than a little conceited at times since he's quite rare and beautiful, and knows it. While he's quite the jerk, he's very sweet when he wants to be, and is actually quite bashful at times.  ♥ZHU♥ Zhu, Yao's baby brother. His name comes from the Mandarin word for "Bamboo," though there are other variants for his name. Zhu is shy and still just a baby, but he tries to toughen up so his brother will quit teasing him. Maybe one day. He's a doormat, and often suppresses his own needs for the sake of others. But he takes it in stride, and loves making others happy. He's never angry, but if you provoke him enough, he's practically a raging hurricane.  ♥FRENCHIE♥ Frenchie's name is based off those Scottish Terriers you see on plaid patterns, therefore that equals fashionable and fashion = France. Frenchie is a very good natured, happy, cute dog, who's known Yao and Zhu ever since they all were babies. He acts as the voice of reason between the brothers.  ♥XIANG♥ Xiang's based off Hong Kong from Hetalia. He's a stoic kitty dude with very prominent eyebrows in which he is noticed for, if not outright mocked. But Xiang's a cool dude and brushes it off like a boss. He's very macho and gets along well with others, or at least as well as one will get along with in the first place. He's not afraid to make his own decisions, and he's not afraid to be very blunt. |
